WHERE JESUS WAS BAPTIZED IN

According to the Gospels which
referred to the territory of
Wilderness as:

 

 

 

((The coasts of Judea beyond Jordan)), as will as historians & the Pilgrims visited the area such as Bordeaux (333 AD), Theodosius (530 AD) & Abbot Daniel (1106 AD), All of them & others gave a clear evidence that the place of the baptism of the Lord in some connection with the hill in Wadi El-Kharrar from which Elijah was caught up, which was on the east side of the Jordan River. That’s why the excavation done in the same spot designated by the above mentioned pilgrims revealed the right and the exact? baptismal point, which proves that the (Holy Land) is the other name of Jordan.

The site (which is almost visible from Mt. Nebo OR Prophet Moses Mountain, the mountain that Prophet Moses saw the promised land but he didn’t enter) is approximately one hour driving from Amman, 20 miles from Jerusalem & 4.5 English miles from Jericho, located beyond Jordan in an area known in the Bible as (The Wilderness).
